Based off our 04-08 F150 Coyote Swap Harness, and using a 2012-2014 Ford Expedition 5.4 3V ECU, you can swap a 6R80 transmission into your 2004-2008 F150, keep the 5.4 3V with NO EXTRA CONTROLLERS other than the PCM swap and have a factory like solution with no switches or panels in the interior to wire & install.

This harness allows you to utilize a 2012-2014 Expedition 5.4 3V ECU in place of your 4.6 2V(tuning required) or 5.4 3V ECU ( utilizing our PCM bracket to bolt in ) along with the correct 11-14 F150 5.0/6.2 6R80 transmission harness and a factory 11-14 Expedition/Navigator 5.4 3V engine harness, this will take all the wiring headaches away from getting your 6R80 swap complete! 

This harness can also include the optional wiring, fuses and relays to run electric fans from the 10-14 F150/Expeditions so you don't have to wire that either! Be sure to choose that option if you want the Expedition ECU to control 10-14 F150 electric dual fans ( highly recommended since the Expedition 5.4 3V ECU doesn't control the 04-09 fan clutch )

To summarize, with this particular harness, our 6R80 shift cable bracket, 6R80 cross member, PCM bracket, and our methods will be very similar to doing a Coyote swap with the 6R80 in the 04-08 F150s, but retains the 5.4/4.6 engine. 

INSTRUCTIONS HERE

* 2004-2005 trucks have a one-off engine inline connector and to have the oil pressure gage/light & AC to work, requires two splices.  See instructions.
* All trucks require two splices on the starting circuit; diagrams found in instructions.
** Does not include required 11-14 F150/Expedition pedal, ECU, engine, or transmission harness
** This swap harness is designed to be used with the 2011-2014 F150 Transmission harness ( not included )
** You are to reuse the 04-08 Battery Harness and large alternator charging wire
** The 12-14 Expedition ECU you use for your swap must have PATS deleted. ( Yes, 2012-2014 Navigator ECU will work too )
** CANNOT USE a 2011 Expedition/Navigator 5.4 3V ECU, it is slightly different.  If you MUST use one, contact MIM
** Electronic 4x4 Transfer cases will have to be wired correctly by the end user. 11-14 trucks use a BCM to control 4x4 function and the 04-08 trucks use the original PCM which is discarded in our methods. Transfer case options are using a manual version or an aftermarket controller.
** 2004-2006 Vehicles may have a a different connector on the AC compressor and will have to have it spliced in the original connector, or you can use an 07-14 AC 5.4 compressor.
Pre Production Coyote swap harness shown, production 6R80 swap harness will look similar and will have flex tech loom in place of the plastic conduit
