
Modeled after our Coyote swap harness, this harness along with key OEM components, allows you to swap your 2005-2009 Mustang GT/GT500 to a 6R80 transmission like as if it came from the factory with no extra controllers, just one PCM.
This harness allows you to utilize a 2012-2014 Ford Expedition/Lincoln Navigator ECU in place of your 4.6 3V ( they bolt right in ) along with the an automatic 11-14 Mustang GT transmission harness, and a factory 11-14 Expedition/Navigator engine harness, this will take all the wiring headaches away from getting your 6R80 swap complete! Your stock gages, AC, and cruise will still function!
Since the ECU needed for this swap is similar to a 11-14 Coyote, you will need a return style fuel system such as our S197 Simple Return Style Fuel System or any other return system that uses a regulator to have rail pressure at 58 PSI
Best part is if you decide to go Coyote down the road, you can also still use this harness and you’re just the 5.0 engine itself, 11-14 5.0 engine harness, and 11-14 Coyote ECU away from making that switch!

* 2005 vehicles have a one-off engine inline connector and to have the oil pressure gage/light work, requires one splice. Contact MIM for details/see instructions
** Does not include required 11-14 5.0 pedal, ECU, engine, 11-14 high pressure ac switch, 11-14 wideband O2 sensors, or 11-14 automatic GT transmission harness
** The 12-14 Expedition/Navigator ECU you need to use for this swap must have PATS deleted.
** 2005-2006 do require the original clutch safety switches to be looped for starting circuit to work if it was a manual from the factory.
** 2005-2006 Vehicles have a a different connector on the AC compressor and will have to have it spliced into the 11-14 automatic transmission harness used. Or you can use an 07-10 AC compressor.
