Another product added to our OEM+ Coyote swap parts is the harness for the 2009-2011 Ford Expeditions / Lincoln Navigators
This harness will allow you to seamlessly swap a Coyote engine right in place of the 5.4 3V with no splicing, but having you, the swapper, also move four pins at the PCM body connector & Mass air Flow Meter Sensors
The 09-11 Expedition/Navigators already came with the correct transmission cross member, correct motor mounts, electric fans ( 2010-2011 ONLY, 2009 Needs our 04-09 F150 Fan Harness), so dropping an 11-14 5.0 in the engine bay will be as simple as doing an engine replacement. The factory exhaust Y pipe bolts up to 11-14 5.0 truck manifolds!
The 09-11 Expedition/Navigator 6R80 transmission is NOT the same as the 11-14 Mustang/F150 6R80, so a 12-14 Expedition 6R80 or 11-14 Mustang/F150 6R80 must be used when doing the 5.0 swap.
You just need this simple harness to interface with your 09-11 body harness, an 2011-2014 F150 5.0 Battery harness, and a 2011-2014 F150 transmission harness, so the starting, alternator, and AC compressor functions operate! It also interfaces with the original transmission harness inline connector where the transfer case function live, so those 4x4 functions should work as well after the swap.
A 2011-2014 5.0 ECU must be used with preferably an 11-12 Mustang Tune and PATS must be deleted, a service we can also offer here.
